Description: The dormitory is fully equipped with household rooms, refrigerators, gas stoves, washing machines, bathrooms, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Accommodation is free. The administration provides temporary registration for out-of-town students for the entire duration of studies. The dormitory is open until 22:00.

Rules and Regulations

  • Rights and Responsibilities: Residents must maintain a positive academic and social environment and respect neighbors. Students have the right to study, rest, and personal life, provided they respect others' rights.

  • Fire Safety: Residents must know and follow fire safety rules. Tampering with fire equipment or blocking evacuation is strictly prohibited and subject to disciplinary action.

  • Abandoned Property: Property left unattended for more than 30 days is confiscated. The college is not responsible for items lost in common areas.

  • Furniture: Rearranging furniture without administration permission is forbidden. Damages are charged to the responsible student.

  • Cleanliness: Roommates are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in their rooms and common areas. Participation in cleaning events is mandatory.

  • Keys: Loss of keys is subject to compensation. It is the student's personal responsibility to lock their room door.

  • Quiet Hours: From 22:00 to 07:00, noise is strictly prohibited.

  • Prohibitions: Smoking, possession, or consumption of alcohol, and using subwoofers are strictly forbidden.

  • Visitors: Guests are allowed from 11:00 to 22:00 upon ID presentation. Maximum of 5 guests per room.

  • Room Access: The administration has the right to access rooms in case of emergencies, scheduled inspections, or suspected violations of college rules.
